Are you an experienced Asset Finance Broker seeking a change?
We are a fun, dynamic asset finance broking firm, looking for an Asset Finance broker to join the Equipfin family.
The role would suit an experience broker support wanting to transition into a broking role, or an Asset Finance Broker looking to explore other opportunities.
You will inherit a mature portfolio of clients & referrers that need to be managed and nurtured while organically creating new opportunities to grow the portfolio.
Skills & Experience required:
- 3+ years of Asset Finance broking experience
- Credit knowledge to quickly profile & position an applicant with the best financier
- Can analyse financials, perform serviceability, & prepare full-doc finance applications
- Knowledge of finance products eg Chattel Mortgage, Lease, Rental, & Working Capital Solutions
- Experience with Consumer Loans preferable, but not mandatory
- Motivated by winning new business and building new relationships
- You are self-driven, and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Act with the utmost integrity in all situations
- You are prepared to decline applications on your own assessment
- You are a team player with a positive attitude
- You are willing to hit the road and meet with new and existing referral partners
- You have a history of winning new business and growing a client base
You will be supported by the best client service managers in the industry who submit and process the applications, allowing you to focus on workshopping opportunities & winning new business.
